Over 50 years ago, some of the best winemakers in the U.S. discovered that Lake Michigan creates the perfect climate for growing European vinifera grapes. It set off a revolution in Southwest Michigan that makes this one of the premier winemaking regions in the country. Any time is a perfect time to take in the sights and tastes while leisurely exploring all the Napa Valley of the Midwest offers. Here’s how to get started!
