The Brew Kettle

Big Woody

Billed as a malty Munich-style helles, or pale lager, this golden-hued brew delivers as promised. Pouring a frothy head of tiny bubbles over top of yellow-gold beer with a flowery bouquet, lovely bready malts give this one a nice creamy mouthfeel. Yet, it remains light and crisp, thanks to its citrus and pear flavors. Big Woody’s light sweetness is characteristic of the helles style, and at just 5 percent ABV, makes it an easy drinker.
